Job Title: Relationship Associate

Job Location: San Antonio, Texas

The Relationship Associate (RA) will provide executive/administrative and client support to the Relationship Manager and/or the respective office. In addition, the RA will provide client service support to ensure STMMs clients are serviced according to STMMs service checklist. The RA will report to the Director of Relationship Management.

The general duties for this job consist of:

  • Answering all incoming calls and monitor and distribute incoming communications
  • Provide executive support to include: schedule maintenanceand appointments; travel arrangements; correspondence; and expense reports
  • Update client and prospect information in CRM
  • Assist in client mail-outs and help coordinate client/prospect events
  • Attend STMM sponsored events as requested
  • Assist in preparation for client and prospect meetings utilizing necessary reports and marketing materials
  • Manage CRM to ensure all pertinent information regarding client meetings is accurately and timely documented in CRM
  • Liaise with and respond to client requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in establishing new account opportunities in Satuit and assist in the new account set-up process as requested
  • Work closely with Director of Client Transitions & Operations in tracking and monitoring business development opportunities coming out of San Antonio market
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Other special projects as requested by the COO

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience providing executive support to financial advisors or family office executives
  • Experience working in Securities and Investments considered a plus
  • Proficient in managing a CRM database
  • Bachelor’s degree or path to Bachelor’s degree considered a plus, but not required
  • Series 65 or path to obtaining Series 65 considered a plus, but not required
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office; willingness to learn new technologies
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
