As part of STMM’s investment management services, STMM obtains
nonpublic personal information about you. STMM may collect
public and nonpublic personal information about you, through:
- Information we receive from you or your representative
in meetings and conferences, on applications, other forms,
contracts, or documents and correspondence; and
- Information about your transactions with us, or others.

STMM

is restricted by STMM to only those authorized individuals

STMM does not provide your nonpublic personal

any purpose. STMM only shares your nonpublic

on behalf of STMM in the normal course of business. STMM

E-mail correspondence does not provide
a means for completely secure and private communications. However,
we value the efficiency of email and encourage our clients
to utilize email with discretion.
