Christopher (Kipp) Cummins joined South Texas Money Management in June 2006. In September 2007, he was promoted to Fixed Income Trader, where he supports the Director of Fixed Income with portfolio management and trading. His primary responsibilities include the execution and booking of fixed income trades, account review, and research of potential additions to portfolios.

Mr. Cummins graduated from Trinity University in May 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. Prior to joining South Texas Money Management, he served as a research intern with Acacia Capital, a boutique investment bank in San Antonio. There, he developed deal related models as well as various financing, acquisition, and sale memoranda for the use of marketing transactions on behalf of clients. He was also member of the Student Managed Fund at Trinity University, which actively managed a portfolio of over $1 million of the University’s endowment. Mr. Cummins is a member of the CFA Society of San Antonio.
