Debbie Straus joined South Texas Money Management in May 2011 as a Senior Investment Advisor. She brings a broad knowledge of tax and financial matters. Ms. Straus has over twenty-five years experience with regional public accounting firms. She will continue to practice accounting with Findling, Milam & Pyle in San Antonio on a part-time basis. Currently, she takes care of the needs of both individuals and businesses, with a special concentration in family group businesses. Her clients included a wide range of businesses, from rental real estate, service industries, to farming and ranching.

A native Texan, Ms. Straus graduated with honors from UTSA with a B.A. Business in Accounting. She holds a license as a CPA in Texas. She is also a member of American Institute of Public Accountants.
